The 100 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the newly built Luggen guesthouse and with bright and welcoming furniture.The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, three double bedrooms (one with shower), bathroom and toilet, south and north-facing balcony.
Amenities of the holiday apartment
The kitchen-living room is spacious and fully furnished and kitted out. It benefits from a fridge, electric hob and oven, including coffee maker and SAT-TV. Bed linen and towels are also provided. A highchair is available on request.
Furthermore, the holiday home also has a reading corner and further play facilities. You can also make use of our laundry room for guests.

Arrival and Departure
To enable a smooth changeover, we request you leave the apartment by 9:30 am on your day of departure. On your day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 2:00 pm.
Prices and concessions
Prices are per apartment. Included in the price are: Bed linen, towels, electricity, hot water, waste disposal.
In addition, a local tax of 2,40 € per person per day is charged.
Payment
Please pay the hosts in cash.
Since 2023, it has been permitted in Italy to pay amounts up to €4,999.99 in cash (determined by the "Aiuti-quater" law of the end of 2022).
Cancellations
From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days of the booked price.
Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booked price.
We ask for your understanding that we will retain the deposit for cancellations at short notice (3 weeks before the start of the holiday) and will charge 100% of the price in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Travel cancellation insurance
Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance as soon as you book your stay. This can cover any cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind.
